RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY
We encourage you to double-check your order details and refer to our size guide before completing your purchase to ensure the correct item, size, and fit.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- All original tags and hygiene labels still attached
All returns must be approved by our customer care team before sending. Once approved, the return must be posted within 5 days. Returns sent outside this window may be returned to you at your own expense.
SALE ITEMS
All discounted items, including those purchased using a discount code, are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure your size and choice are correct before ordering.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN
- Email office.dellathelabel@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review and approve your return.
- Once approved, package the item and send it back using a tracked shipping method.
- Email us your return tracking number for confirmation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Della The Label is not responsible for lost parcels.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with tags and hygiene labels attached.
International orders marked as “size checking” — e.g., purchasing multiple sizes of the same item to try on — will not be eligible for refund. Our stock is limited, so we recommend contacting us for sizing advice prior to purchase.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.
Please contact office.dellathelabel@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team will respond within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or resolution.
