How much does shipping cost?

DOMESTIC

We offer free express shipping on Australian orders over $200.

For orders under $200, there will be a flat rate fee of $9.95 for standard postage or $13.95 for express postage.

INTERNATIONAL 

All international orders are shipped with Australia Post and are charged accordingly. 

UK + EUROPE INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

It is possible that your local customs authorities will include import duties and taxes when your parcel arrives into your country. These rates vary depending on the nature of the goods and the location of import. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country, in case you are charged. Della The Label is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Please note, if you choose not to pay import taxes or duties and reject the parcel, you will not be refunded.

When will my parcel arrive?

We always work to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be picked and packed within a day of purchase.

All packages will be delivered to your address between 8am – 5pm. 

For domestic standard orders, your parcel will be delivered within 3-5 working days depending on location. 

For domestic express orders you can expect your parcel in 2-4

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive an order tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

I haven’t received my tracking number – what should I do?

Please check the spam folder of your email account – it may be in there.

Otherwise, please contact – office.dellathelabel@gmail.com if you do not receive a tracking number.

To make sure your order reaches you and isn’t cancelled or delayed, please make sure that:

  • You use the same billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement
  • Your shipping address is correct and complete – i.e. includes your apartment number, postal/zip code, etc.
  • You provide a contact telephone number
